This is a pre 1930's style house that has been completely refurbished in every detail. The house was raised and the lower floor built up to the required BCC flood plain level. Incorporates a double carport, side and main front stair and entry and huge double level rear and side decks.
16 Welwyn Cresent, Coorparoo
This is a 1930's style house that has been raised, and extended at the rear including a new rear deck and front double carport. The house has been completely refurbished and built in under.
9 Koondara Street, Camp Hill
This is a 1950's style weatherboard house that has been raised and built in under to provide additional, much needed living space that was required. Extensions include front entry, double carport and huge rear deck with a fly over roof, for outdoor entertaining.
33 Kinkuna Street, Wishart
With new additions to the family, our client came to the realization that more space was needed and with no intent on moving to a new location, the answer was obvious to extend. The scope of works included a side and rear extension to the existing house which increased the existing living space, a new kitchen, and a new rear and front deck. The design has taken into consideration the needs of a growing family with extra accommodation for cars as part of the overall plan.
15 Eyre Street, Mt Gravatt East
The challenge was to design a new front deck to the full width of the house to compliment & enhance the street aesthetics, whilst also keeping elements of the existing character. The house has also been extended at the rear to increase bed and living space, including a new rear deck with fly over roof.
