1 First Avenue, Palm Beach
With small lot restrictions and council limitations, the challenge was to design a new holiday home with dynamic street appeal, and internal aesthetics and practicality. This design won 2 BDAQ regional design awards for its unique design and the best use of 'BlueScope' Colorbond steel.

36 Panorama Place, Mt. Gravatt East
This is a new modern contemporary design residence with triple front garage and curved entry roof features. The design incorporates wheelchair access throughout on two levels with a huge wrap around rear deck and lap pool. There are views over Brisbane city to the north and to the Gap and Mt. Cootha to the west. All rooms have a view of the mountains.
 
     
261 Hill Park Lane, Mt. Gravatt East
This is a new house designed to suit the owner's tastes with a Mediterranean appeal. The house is on a small lot and was therefore subject to the small lot code.
 
     
32 Clausen Street, Mt. Gravatt East
This project involved building a two storey parents' retreat over the existing house combined with complete refurbishment of the living areas including a rear deck and double carport. The granny flat at the rear of the block is a cantilevered contemporary masterpiece of trademanship. The project is being staged by the carpenter/ owner-builder and is well under construction.
